When that house didn’t work for us, she listened to our needs and wants and only sent us listings that were relevant to our requests. Hilah was a pleasure to work with. When it came time to sell our apartment, we knew we wanted her as our broker. Other brokers came in and criticized its size and location. But Hilah was enthusiastic about selling our apartment and only had nice things to say. She took the time to understand what made our apartment unique. We told her about how the closet was designed to hold a UPPA baby stroller, and she mentioned that during our open house. The buyers told us that it was one of the reasons they liked the house.
